Understanding Parenting
To better understand the parents' perspectives and opinions on the relevance of storytelling and bedtime stories, a variety of information was gathered to empathise with them.

Talking to Parents
A set of needs were determined after reading up on research already available, through which questions were intricately formulated and asked to new parents to further understand as to how to help them
in the most optimal manner.

Talking to Children
Before taking a step towards talking to children, I spoke to kindergarten teachers to understand how to communicate with children to make sure they answer our queries. After which I went to the children, verified the results derived from the parents and collected user-centric data.

Scope
Duggu has room for growth beyond its initial design. The interface design can be expanded with features of customizations to enhance user experience.
Additionally, improving the bot's training can make it more responsive to user needs. By focusing on these areas, Duggu has the potential to become a more engaging and successful product.

Impact
Concluding the project, managing to get the prototype in the hands of a 12 children and discussed upon with the set of parents interviewed as well.
